Paper Arms formed in 2008. After three albums and a long stretch on the road, the band stepped away in 2016. Paper Arms returns for two shows — sharing the stage with mainstays Thinktank and Brisbane heart throbs Arrows.

From the beginning, Paper Arms made their mark with raw energy, honest songwriting and a relentless touring ethic. They released their debut album Days Above Ground in 2010, followed by The Smoke Will Clear in 2013 and their final full-length Great Mistakes in 2015. Touring extensively across Australia and Europe, they shared the stage with punk and hardcore mainstays including Strike Anywhere, Boysetsfire and Bane, and appeared at major festivals such as Big Day Out and Soundwave. Though their final show took place in 2016, the music and community they built continue to resonate with fans old and new.
